We assess balance during stepping, reaching and changes of position. Falls or near-falls are discussed in context, including the equipment and assistance used at the time.
Strength & Capacity Building
Capacity work can target repeated chair rises, standing tasks and tolerance for activity. We adapt exercise to your abilities and agree on how a home program can fit between other supports.
Mobility & Equipment
We consider walking-aid fit, the space needed for transfers and home set-up. Home set-up recommendations can include a clear movement route and practical access for assistance.
