NDIS Capacity Building
Strength & Conditioning
Build the strength, endurance, and physical capacity you need for greater independence. Our evidence-based strength programs are designed specifically for NDIS participants.
What is NDIS Strength & Conditioning?
Strength and conditioning for NDIS participants goes beyond traditional gym workouts. It's about building functional capacity - the physical abilities you need to do the things that matter to you.
Whether you want to walk further, transfer more independently, carry groceries, or simply have more energy for daily life, our physiotherapists design programs tailored to your specific goals and abilities.
This service falls under Capacity Building - Improved Daily Living in your NDIS plan.
