Physiotherapy in Your Mount Waverley Setting

Mount Waverley station, the village shops and Valley Conservation Reserve are well-known local features. A community goal could relate to an ordinary errand or time outdoors, but we do not assume every path or gradient is suitable for your mobility.

Home visits let us consider stairs, entry steps and the distance between the rooms you use most. We can make an exercise plan around those specific demands rather than around clinic equipment alone.

Our sessions are home or community visits. We set up programs with your own equipment, steps and furniture, with tasks planned around your NDIS goals.

How our home-visit physiotherapy works →

Neurological Rehabilitation

Neurological rehabilitation can include controlling a step, turning and moving between sitting and standing. We select task practice that connects with your home routine and adjust it around changes in fatigue or movement.

Falls & Balance

Falls and balance work may involve reaching at a bench, negotiating a threshold or changing direction. We assess the task first and discuss the assistance or walking aid you currently use.

Strength & Capacity Building

Strength and capacity building can target stair-related movements, chair rises and sustained standing. We agree on exercises that fit the available space and the level of support you have between visits.

Mobility & Equipment

We assess walking-aid use, transfers and home set-up alongside your room layout. Home set-up recommendations can consider entry access and where equipment is kept so it is available for the intended task.
