Strength and capacity building can address standing endurance and repeated everyday movements. We plan exercises that are practical in your home and explain how they relate to your NDIS goals.
Mobility & Equipment
Mobility and walking-aid assessments are linked to the places you use them. Transfer and home set-up discussions can consider the position of furniture and the space needed for assistance.
Planning a Home Visit in Sunshine
We're currently taking new adult NDIS referrals across Sunshine and surrounding suburbs. We visit homes across the south-east, inner south and west, and right across Melbourne. We reply within 48 hours.
Send your suburb, contact details, NDIS funding type and the main activities you want to work on. Care is delivered by an AHPRA registered physiotherapist. With your consent, we can include family, support workers, your support coordinator and your existing allied health team in planning.
We keep NDIS admin clear: invoices go to your plan manager or directly to you, according to your funding arrangement. We keep secure records and reply to every referral within 48 hours.
