Strength & Capacity Building
Capacity building can address leg strength, chair rises and tolerance for activity. Your home program is agreed around your abilities, available space and the support you have between visits.
Mobility & Equipment
We assess walking aids, transfers and home set-up at home. Recommendations may consider equipment fit, clear routes and the room needed for assistance, with documentation discussed where appropriate.
Planning a Home Visit in Werribee
